Responsibilities

Collaborate across teams to determine the best approach to encourage self-service of information for presentations
Develop a standardized library of slides/slide modules for custom and generic sales presentations
Assist in the creation of communications, emails, web pages and social media material using existing templates
Assist in the execution of strategic marketing campaigns, including determining success metrics
Perform other related duties as assigned
Receive on-the-job training & special projects, as well as daily responsibilities to support the team
Exposure to senior leaders with extensive knowledge and experience in the industry
Interns will participate in various social networking activities throughout the summer
Attend weekly lunch and learn sessions with various professionals in the organization to gain an understanding of how the firm operates

Required

Strong academic background and GPA, majoring in marketing, communications, finance, or a related study
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
An interest in real estate, the stock market, and/or macroeconomic events
Ability to organize disparate types of information and take project ownership
Eagerness to lean in, learn, and ask the right questions
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Outgoing personality, demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
