Responsibilities
10–15 years of overall SAP experience with strong hands-on SAP PP/DS (Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling) expertise
Mandatory hands-on experience in SAP PP/DS (Embedded ePP/DS or DSC Edition PP/DS)
Experience working with SAP S/4HANA Advanced Planning
Strong expertise in interactive production planning, detailed scheduling, pegging, heuristics, and optimization
Hands-on experience with Production Planning Table, Planning Board, sequencing, and constraint-based planning
Experience in Model Mix Planning, multilevel scheduling, and sequencing
Experience with cross-location planning and automated responses to planning changes
Strong knowledge of multi-level constraint-based production planning
Experience with sub-daily buckets, telescopic time buckets, and time-dependent safety stock
Minimum one end-to-end SAP PP/DS implementation experience at architect or lead level
Experience implementing production planning solutions in automotive or discrete manufacturing environments
Manufacturing or automotive domain experience strongly preferred
Exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory management
Ability to work in onshore/offshore delivery models and coordinate with offshore teams
Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business requirements into technical designs
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
High attention to detail with strong documentation and delivery accuracy
