Account Manager- Industrial Vertical
Liquidity Services is a global online marketplace for buying and selling surplus with a business unit focused on Industrial equipment. The Account Manager role is to ensure revenue generation and customer satisfaction from within a specified set of Industrial-related accounts.

Responsibilities
Accountable for contract terms to keep all transactions and services in compliance with the contract or manage amendments and renewal
Proactively source revenue opportunities within the defined account portfolio
Grow the span of stakeholders inside an account, including individual contacts, business units, new locations, and regions
Develop and maintain structured account plans detailing objectives, revenue forecasts, relationship mapping, project pipelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Use multiple channels of communication such as live meetings, account-based marketing tactics, phone calls, newsletters, and skillful emails to gain client attention
Provide clients with periodic performance reports, insights, and recommendations to improve asset recovery outcomes
Collaborate with operations to evaluate opportunities, deploy field services, and post assets to the online marketplace accurately
Coordinate with marketing to advertise surplus equipment listed for sale through the most effective sales methods and aligned to the marketing budget if applicable
Leverage Power BI valuation tool and team tribal knowledge to estimate range of resale recovery value for equipment to set expectations with clients and internal forecasting
Deliver clients pre-sale and post-sale reports to guide them through the online selling process, manage expectations, and provide good reporting
Maintain accurate CRM that reflects client contact information, activities such as emails, calls, visits, and deal pipeline
Deliver accurate revenue forecasts through the CRM and articulate projections during weekly team forecasting meetings
Ensure settlement of client funds is timely and accurate
Identify systemic client challenges and work internally to drive solutions that enhance customer experience and account performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field, engineering, or business desired or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree
3+ years of experience in a client facing role
Collaborative and entrepreneurial skills
Excellent verbal and written skills
Must be highly organized and detail oriented, accurate and timely
Full working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work with little supervision
CRM system knowledge
Ability to prioritize and execute on tasks
30% travel required by car or air. Driver's License and Passport required
Preferred
Knowledge of activity and equipment associated within Industrial sectors
Knowledge of supply chain; more specifically, reverse logistics and asset disposition
Additional languages ie, Spanish
