Responsibilities
Support month-end close activities, including:
Journal entries
Balance sheet reconciliations
Assist with documenting processes, workflows, and role responsibilities
Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of financial data and regulatory-related filings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
Utilize QuickBooks and Excel (advanced functions) to manage and analyze data
Contribute to building and improving processes as LibertyX fully integrates into Atleos
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
3–5 years of accounting experience
Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.), Outlook, Teams, and Word
Experience with QuickBooks
Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulatory filings
Ability to document processes clearly and thoroughly
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proactive, resourceful, and able to adapt in a dynamic environment
Positive attitude with a desire to contribute to a high‑performing, highly engaged team
