Oracle HCM Compensation Functional Consultant
Vantage Point Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Compensation Functional Consultant to support the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation modules. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to translate compensation policies into scalable system solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation modules, including:
Workforce Compensation
Individual Compensation
Total Rewards (as applicable)
Gather and analyze business requirements related to compensation planning, bonus programs, merit cycles, and salary structures
Configure compensation plans, plan cycles, eligibility profiles, rate tables, and fast formulas
Support integration with core HCM modules such as Core HR, Workforce Structures, Payroll, and Benefits
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data conversions, and reporting
Support testing activities including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment
Provide post-go-live support, enhancements, and troubleshooting
Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and end-user training materials
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation module
Proven experience in at least one full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementation
Solid understanding of compensation processes, merit increases, bonuses, and incentive programs
Experience with Fast Formulas and eligibility configurations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Knowledge of Oracle HCM security, approvals, and reporting is a plus
