Lead and manage the editorial team to produce compelling, high-quality content that aligns with the magazine's mission and audience interests

Ensure all editorial output maintains the highest standards of journalistic integrity and creativity

Participate in budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to optimize the magazine's financial health

Foster and maintain strong relationships with community partners, advertisers, and other stakeholders

Oversee the planning and execution of community events that enhance the magazine's brand and community presence

Drive innovation in content delivery, including multimedia collaborations and digital initiatives
