Responsibilities
Design, develop, and manage the implementation of technology solutions that meet the needs of internal and external customers
Manage implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP solution to improve business processes and eliminate waste
Serve as a governing liaison between business teams, technical, functional, and external consultants during the implementation
Manage project planning, budgeting, and execution and coordinate multiple workstreams
Identify interdependencies between the various stakeholder groups to ensure all are aligned and risks are identified, mitigated, and communicated
Report progress to the Steering committee, escalate any issues, as appropriate, in a timely manner, initiate corrective action where necessary to keep the project on track
Work with a global team and all stakeholders to monitor and track progress of workstreams to ensure successful implementation
Mentor associates, developing their skill sets and accomplishing objectives
Develop, maintain, and enforce IT standards, policies, and SOPs within the team
Qualification
Required
10+ years of ERP experience in MNC organizations, delivering end-to-end, complex, largescale >$50m programs (ideally global), involving the management of external SI partners
Must also have Cloud ERP implementation experience
Excellent Project Management and Change Management. A seasoned leader of large, diverse regional groups (>100+ associates)
Superior interpersonal and communication skills, the utmost integrity, and humility
BA or BS degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent technical work experience
Preferred
Oracle Fusion experience and a consulting background are both advantageous but not critical
Existing US resident, either based close to Loveland, CO or willing to relocate to enable hybrid working (preferred) or based remotely in the US and comfortable to visit Loveland regularly. Either way, flexible traveling nationally and internationally (20-40% during peak periods)
