Director of Marketing
EverLights is an innovative lighting company pioneering customizable exterior lighting for homes and businesses. They are seeking a Director of Marketing who will develop and execute go-to-market plans, run high-performance digital advertising, and lead multi-channel demand generation to drive e-commerce excellence and build the EverLights brand.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and features—from positioning and messaging to launch campaigns and post-launch optimization
Coordinate cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations to ensure launches are aligned, on time, and measurable
Personally plan, build, and optimize paid campaigns across channels (e.g., Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, display, retargeting, affiliates)
Drive high-intent, cost-effective leads and e-commerce sales at scale, with constant experimentation on creative, audiences, and funnels
Build and manage performance dashboards; own CAC, ROAS, LTV, and other key marketing metrics
Test and scale a diversified media mix (paid social, search, influencers, affiliates, email/SMS, content, partnerships, etc.)
Develop and optimize landing pages and funnels to maximize conversion rates
Build and iterate on lifecycle and retention programs (email/SMS/CRM) to turn new customers into repeat buyers and advocates
Own our e-commerce performance across platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, marketplaces, and any additional DTC/retail partners)
Optimize product pages, merchandising, pricing, and promotions to improve conversion, AOV, and repeat purchase
Collaborate on site UX, CRO testing, and on-site content strategy
Define and refine brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to differentiate EverLights in the market
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints: website, ads, packaging, email, social, offline, and partner channels
Create compelling narratives that translate complex features into clear, emotional benefits for our customers
Qualification
Required
7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3+ years owning product launches and performance marketing in a B2C and/or e-commerce environment
Proven track record as a hands-on operator: you've personally built and optimized digital campaigns (not just managed agencies)
Deep experience with: Paid social and search (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.)
E-commerce platforms (Shopify and/or similar; Amazon/marketplaces a plus)
Funnel building, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization
Strong analytical chops: comfortable using data to make decisions, measure performance, and iterate fast
Brand strategy experience: positioning, storytelling, creative direction, and consistent brand execution
A builder mentality: scrappy, resourceful, willing to roll up your sleeves and be a one-person wrecking crew when needed
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities and high expectations
Preferred
Experience in home improvement, smart home, lighting, or hardware/consumer products
Experience managing or eventually building a small in-house team and/or agency relationships
Familiarity with marketing attribution tools, marketing automation, and A/B testing platforms
