Responsibilities

Configure and maintain ServiceNow applications, catalog items, integrations, modules, and workflows—customizing only when necessary

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Design, develop, test, and implement ServiceNow solutions in alignment with industry best practices, focusing on an out-of-box approach where possible

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in across the ServiceNow platform

Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Create and maintain technical documentation

In-depth subject matter expertise in these ServiceNow Modules: Integrated Risk Management, Third-party Risk Management, Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required

Experience working with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies

Ability to be self-directed, proactive and work with a sense of urgency and ownership

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is preferred

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification for any module is preferred
