Required

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping others
Previous experience in insurance or sales is a plus
Relevant licenses and certifications, or willingness to obtain them, as per state regulations
Preferred
Agents with a minimum of 6 months experience working in the field with Supplemental Insurance products
