Assist customers with booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation
Provide information on travel policies, procedures, and destination highlights
Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and effective problem-solving skills
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing issues
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in our CRM system
Stay updated on travel trends, policies, and customer service best practices
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
