Responsibilities

Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers and investors in commercial real estate transactions
Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, amendments, easements, and related documents
Manage and coordinate due diligence (including title, survey, zoning, and environmental review)
Assist with closings and post-closing matters
Participate in client meetings and contribute to business development efforts, as appropriate

Qualification

Required

3 to 5 years in commercial real estate transactions
Experience with a broad range of commercial real estate transactions
Familiarity with real estate documentation and deal processes
Excellent drafting, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple matters, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Strong academic credentials
Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with other practice areas to provide comprehensive solutions to clients
