Lead transactions in a highly active capital markets environment
Execute the full suite of investment banking services including M&A, debt financings, and equity capital markets transactions
Lead sell-side M&A execution
Prepare pitch books and live deal materials, including offering memoranda, confidential information memoranda, management presentations, lender presentations and prospectuses
Expert financial modeling and business analysis
Qualification
Required
Strong sell-side M&A experience
Desire to lead transactions
Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple parties
Manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Developed knowledge of private equity market
Preparation of pitch books and live deal materials, including offering memoranda, confidential information memoranda, management presentations, lender presentations and prospectuses
Expert financial modeling and business analysis
Bachelor's degree (MBA is a plus) from an accredited college or university AND 4+ years of Investment Banking experience
Desire to live and work in Boston
