Responsibilities
Assist users with data queries and metadata
Communicate data changes and provide training to users
Ensure data is accurate, complete, and fit for purpose
Guide changes to data capture processes and transformation logic
Maintain an inventory of applications and data transformation in the data flow
Implement and monitor required transport controls and metadata maintenance
Triage and resolve data incidents across Capture, Transport, and Use
Manage all aspects of technology build-out and enhancement projects
Support engagement, estimation, design, testing, and deployment of projects
Facilitate business and technology project routines
Work with multiple business partners to identify, document, and coordinate gaps and dependencies
Complete all project deliverables and documentation
Provide weekly executive level reporting outlining project timelines, risks, issues, and financials
Qualification
Required
At least five years of relevant experience
Experience in data analysis to reveal business insights
Experience in constructing reports to answer business questions
Experience in performing impact analysis of data changes
Knowledge of core banking functions, processes, operations and Enterprise Change Management Standards
Preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing
Ability to drive collaboration and manage conflict
Ability to adapt to frequent changes
