Responsibilities
Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment and production efficiency
Purchasing: Procure materials, supplies, and services required for operations; manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing
Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and implement inventory control best practices
Customer Service Oversight: Supervise a team or support staff in handling client inquiries, orders, and complaints, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction
Freight and Logistics: Coordinate outbound and inbound shipments, liaise with carriers, arrange transportation, and resolve shipping issues
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in production scheduling, purchasing, inventory management, customer service, or logistics
Ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of accuracy and organization in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Proficiency in ERP or inventory management systems
