Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end solution design, configuration, and implementation for SAP OTC and FTM processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with MM, SD, FI, CO, and other modules
Manage and optimize integrations with third-party tax engines like OneSource, Avalara, and Vertex
Support integrations with invoicing platforms such as Edicom, Ariba, and Coupa
Configure pricing, billing, credit management, AR, and GL processes
Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex system issues
Mentor junior analysts and act as the OTC/FTM subject matter expert
Ensure compliance with finance regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls
Partner with technical teams on interfaces, data migration, and system upgrades
Support unit, integration, and UAT testing cycles
Develop functional specifications, configuration guides, and process documentation
Assist with integrations involving CRM and CPQ tools like Salesforce
Qualification
Required
10–15 years of SAP OTC/FTM experience, including at least 5 years in a senior or principal role
Strong expertise in SAP SD, FI, CO, MM, and cross-module dependencies
Hands-on experience with tax engine integrations, invoicing platforms, and payment gateways
Advanced configuration experience in pricing, billing, AR/AP, GL, and credit management
Strong understanding of finance processes, compliance, and audit requirements
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Ability to lead workshops and present solutions to senior leadership
Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, or related field
SAP certifications are a plus
Preferred
SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation experience preferred
Master's preferred
Salesforce experience is a plus
