The role involves working closely with Field Operations and Reservoir Engineering to ensure efficient well operations and identify improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities
Work with field teams to improve base production and reduce downtime
Monitor well performance and identify optimisation opportunities
Support well interventions, maintenance, and operational activities
Take part in regular well and performance reviews with Operations and Reservoir teams
Investigate production issues and help implement practical solutions
Track production performance and support cost and budget visibility
Ensure work is carried out in line with safety and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
Engineering degree (Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, or similar)
Experience working as a Production Engineer in an upstream E&P environment
Understanding of well performance, production operations, and artificial lift
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally
US work authorisation required
