Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in person as a front-line representative
Provide basic information and answer general inquiries regarding services and vehicles
Use an iPad to check in customers, look up information, and complete basic entry tasks
Work both indoors and outdoors in service areas, depending on business needs
Support additional customer service functions and cross-train for related positions as needed
Maintain a friendly, professional, and upbeat demeanor while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Qualification
Required
Previous face-to-face customer service experience is required
Comfortable working outside and standing for extended periods
Must be available to work weekends
Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude
Ability to adapt and support various customer-facing tasks
