Executive Assistant
AccruePartners is a mission-driven nonprofit organization with a strong reputation for community impact and advocacy. They are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, manage executive calendars, and facilitate communication between leadership and the Board of Directors.
Responsibilities
Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, serving as a trusted partner in day-to-day operations
Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and track priorities to ensure leadership time is used effectively
Serve as a key liaison between executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and internal teams, supporting smooth communication and preparation
Handle sensitive information, board materials, and executive communications with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative support to senior leaders or C-suite executives; nonprofit or mission-driven experience preferred
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing requests with confidence
Comfortable working with executive calendars, presentations, meeting materials, and internal coordination across departments
Mature, professional, discreet, and trusted to manage confidential information while operating with integrity and accountability
Preferred
