Facilities Coordinator

Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for supply requests, work orders, and facilities inquiries
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and vendor visits; perform light repairs and furniture assembly when needed
Conduct regular site inspections and report findings
Oversee supply inventory and deliveries
Support company events and coordinate with building management
Assist with upkeep and maintenance scheduling for company vehicles
Qualification
Required
2+ years in an administrative or facilities support role
Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
