Responsibilities

Support sales objectives through inbound and outbound outreach
Learn and effectively communicate TechnologyAdvice’s value proposition to prospective customers
Participate in outbound sales and demand generation campaigns
Capture and qualify leads generated through tradeshows, webinars, inbound calls, and marketing initiatives
Follow up with existing contacts and nurture them into sales-ready prospects
Route qualified leads and schedule meetings for Sales Executives
Monitor and respond to the TechnologyAdvice sales inbox and website inquiries, routing requests as needed
Create and update lead generation email templates and phone scripts
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities in Salesforce
Assist with sales reporting and pipeline tracking
Conduct basic market and competitor research to build product and industry knowledge
Represent TechnologyAdvice at occasional tradeshows; limited travel may be required

Required

Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required
Familiarity with AI-powered sales engagement or CRM tools is a plus
Willingness to use AI tools to support email drafting, lead research, and outreach personalization
Comfortable learning how to interpret AI-generated insights to improve outreach efficiency
Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce
Interested in launching a sales career in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and goal-oriented, with the ability to maintain consistent outreach activity
Clear and professional verbal communicator
Organized with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks independently
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team
Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward
