Responsibilities
Lead evaluation of site‑specific geology, geochemistry, and groundwater flow
Develop and refine the CSM incorporating historical and current data
Apply professional judgment to interpret complex fractured‑bedrock systems
Identify monitoring network redundancies and data gaps
Guide selection of qualitative vs. quantitative evaluation approaches
Qualification
Required
Advanced degree in Hydrogeology or Geological Engineering
Extensive fractured‑bedrock groundwater monitoring experience
Demonstrated experience developing regulator‑accepted CSMs at RCRA sites
US citizenship is required
