Responsibilities
Answer employee inquiries about HR policies such as discipline, performance management, and benefits
Direct payroll and benefits questions to the appropriate help desks and follow up on unresolved issues
Advise managers on complex or sensitive employee relations matters
Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, including workplace complaints and disciplinary concerns
Review and research pay-related issues (merit increases, promotions, adjustments) to ensure policy compliance
Coordinate with operations to resolve discrepancies
Provide Spanish–English translation support for HR investigations, if bilingual
Qualification
Preferred
2+ years of HR generalist or HR representative experience in a large organization
English/Spanish bilingual preferred
