Responsibilities
Oversee application debugging, performance tuning, and ongoing optimization
Support and enhance solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform, including Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate
Work within the Palantir Foundry ecosystem, contributing to workflows, data pipelines, ontologies, integrations, data modeling, and application design
Manage and execute complex data platform initiatives with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of the most challenging projects
Design end-to-end data workflows that support business objectives—processing, analyzing, and presenting insights tailored to specific audiences
Ensure operational excellence by maintaining high levels of data accuracy, reliability, and timeliness
Act as a team lead, providing guidance and direction to junior analysts and supporting their development
Identify and introduce innovative solutions to improve data processes, integrate new data sources, and enhance platform functionality
May oversee audit activities, lead special initiatives, or manage key projects across the organization
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience working with data analysis tools in an analyst capacity
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Microsoft Power Platform certifications
5+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
Advanced expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents
Deep knowledge of technical and professional data concepts
Proven success in: Data migrations, Writing technical specifications, Conducting code reviews, Diagnosing and resolving application issues
Experience deploying and managing Dev/Test/Prod environments
Strong capability in automating workflows using Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate
Ability to elevate team productivity using advanced developer tools such as Model‑Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, API connectors, and AI‑powered tools
