Responsibilities
Review ARPA reimbursement draw requests submitted by departments
Verify costs against executed contracts and approved projects
Reconcile expenses to COMPASS (SAP) to confirm costs incurred and payments received
Ensure compliance with U.S. Treasury, OMB, and contract requirements
Assist with SEFA reporting and support ARPA-related audits
Participate in subrecipient monitoring in accordance with federal regulations
Perform general accounting duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
2–4 years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting
Experience analyzing complex financial data and preparing reports
Preferred
Familiarity with automated accounting systems (SAP preferred)
