Account Manager - OEM Sales
Employvision Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow key strategic accounts within the electronic components industry. This role is responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships while supporting both existing and new customers.
Responsibilities
Manage assigned customer accounts and regional sales activities
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability
Support design-in and reference design initiatives to achieve design wins
Present technical product information and coordinate customer project needs
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, distributors, and sales partners
Identify new business opportunities and maintain market share
Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and customer visit summaries
Provide product and sales training to customers and internal teams
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of electronic components and OEM sales environments
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of Electronic component sales experience
