Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing and enhancing operational efficiency across five business units
Direct the development of division budgets, annual reports, strategic plans, and special project analyses
Oversee the development and dissemination of communications to government agencies regarding information on State Surplus policies and procedures to facilitate the efficient receipt and disposal of surplus property
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or other discipline related to the area of assignment from appropriately accredited institution
Five (5) years of progressive related experience, in which, two (2) years should be in a supervisory role
Proven ability to lead and manage a dynamic business operation and a diverse team of professionals
Thorough knowledge and application of fiscal/budgetary theories and methodologies
Command of inventory management, application of policies, and internal controls procedures
Demonstrated ability to create, articulate, establish, and guide the development and implementation of division strategic vision and mission in support of department goals
Ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships with colleagues, customers, administrators and partners at multiple levels internal and external to the department
