Responsibilities
Implement, and support deployments; Cisco UC (CUCM), WebEx, Zoom, and other SIP-based applications
Configure and support video conferencing systems
Provide hands-on support for telephony, conferencing, and networking infrastructure, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Ensure high availability and uptime for all collaboration systems
Act as final escalation point for collaboration-related issues from Service Desk
Qualification
Required
5+ years supporting enterprise telephony, conferencing, and collaboration in mission-critical environments
Knowledge of Cisco UC (CUCM), WebEx, Zoom, and video conferencing systems
Solid foundation in telephony concepts, dial plans, VoIP, PBX, and QoS
Working knowledge of real-time collaboration protocols: SIP, H.323, MGCP, SCCP, H.264, H.265, WebRTC, E.164+
General networking knowledge (routing, switching, SIP trunks, Expressway)
Familiarity with Windows and Linux OS administration
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Preferred
Basic scripting/automation experience a plus
