Responsibilities
Set long-term technical strategy for the Infrastructure Group along with other Group Engineering Leads
Design, scope, and implement large systems that are focused on large enterprise customer needs
Work closely with teams across Asana to ship leveraged features
Coordinate and execute high-level initiatives such as FedRAMP
Plan, and execute large projects that require involvement from multiple engineering teams
Gain experience as a cross functional engineering leader
Qualification
Required
6+ years working in large codebases
Experience leading complex projects along with other engineering leaders
Ability to onboard quickly onto various systems, and support cross-functional work
Demonstrated experience working with cloud infrastructure, such as AWS, GCP or Azure
Ability to supporting large scale enterprise systems at scale
CI/CD, Datadog, etc
Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
