Responsibilities
Leads and supports the quality team, ensuring strong performance and alignment with organizational goals
Maintains, updates, and validates the Quality Manual along with all related policies and procedures
Oversees all quality‑assurance activities, ensuring compliance with division standards and effective control of non‑conforming materials
Establishes production quality standards, drives key quality metrics, and supports corrective‑action processes and problem‑solving efforts
Collaborates with quality leadership to uphold and improve compliance programs while applying SPC, root‑cause analysis, and Six Sigma methodologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or a related field, or five years of supervisory experience in a food‑packaging environment
Experience working in an FDA‑regulated environment and within food‑packaging operations
Experience managing projects, including writing specifications, conducting product testing, and following the full new‑product‑development process with all required documentation
Up to 10% of travel
Preferred
SQF Certification and HACCP Training a plus
