Responsibilities
Apply daily customer payments accurately, including ACH, wire, lockbox, and checks
Manage a high volume of customer deductions, ensuring timely setup, tracking, and resolution
Research and validate deductions related to pricing, shortages, promotions, allowances, and returns
Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to resolve deduction discrepancies
Maintain detailed documentation and support deduction recovery and dispute resolution
Reconcile customer accounts and ensure accurate AR aging
Assist with month-end close activities and reporting as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, with a strong focus on cash application and deductions
Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) and Excel
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred
Experience working with large retail or high-volume customers
