Program Management Services Intern (Summer 2026)(Onsite)

The Program Management Services Intern will support PMT teams, cultivate customer relationships, collaborate with internal teams, and continuously improve business processes within the Avionics Services Programs portfolio.

Responsibilities
Support PMTs: Support the Services PMT teams to review customer contractual metrics, proposals, and financial performance
Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and Collins partners, understanding their needs, and support tailored solutions to drive growth
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including cross collins program teams, service center operations, SIOP, customer support and product support teams to ensure seamless execution of OEM and aftermarket programs and initiatives
Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize business processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
