Responsibilities
Design & build the core orchestration layer connecting workflows, agents, and UI
Develop and scale TypeScript/Node.js backend and React + Tailwind frontend
Build dynamic dashboards, forms, and human-AI workflows
Integrate automation and intelligence across REST APIs, SQL sources, and third-party platforms
Define engineering best practices and influence product/architecture decisions
Qualification
Required
5–10 yrs software engineering experience (3–4 yrs if progression is strong)
Full-stack experience at startups/high-growth companies (20–1,000 employees)
Venture-backed startup experience (Seed to Series D)
Proficient in TypeScript, React, Node.js; database & modern API experience
Experience building AI/LLM-powered applications
Strong ownership, product sensibility, and thrives in fast-paced startups
Preferred
Founding engineer experience a plus
Enterprise software, internal tools, or data-heavy applications
Builder-product experience (Retool, Notion, Airtable, Coda)
