Visionary leadership and exceptional communication skills to articulate creative concepts clearly
Proven ability to foster an innovative and collaborative team environment
Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Preferred
Experience with mission-driven or nonprofit organizations is a plus
