Lead and coordinate FPRA (Field Performance / Product Reliability Analysis) activities across existing product lines
Manage and mentor engineers within the Product Support / Reliability team
Investigate field failures, warranty issues, and production concerns to identify root cause and corrective actions
Drive reliability improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and performance enhancements
Qualification
Required
Experience in Reliability Engineering, Sustaining Engineering, or Product Support within a manufacturing environment
Previous leadership, mentoring, or technical lead experience (formal or informal)
Strong background in electromechanical manufactured systems
