Responsibilities
Solution Design: Lead the end-to-end solution design process for ServiceNow implementations, considering business requirements, technical constraints, and best practices
Architecture Development: Design and architect scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions that meet current and future business needs while adhering to industry standards and security best practices
Platform Customization: Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, Service Catalog, Service Portal, HR Service Delivery, IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM)
Integration: Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, using REST, SOAP, and other integration methods to ensure seamless data exchange and process flow
Governance and Best Practices: Establish and maintain ServiceNow governance processes, development standards, and best practices for the organization
Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities for performance optimization and scalability improvements and guide development teams in implementing the necessary changes
Security and Compliance: Ensure that ServiceNow solutions meet security requirements and compliance standards, and provide expertise on security best practices
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, assisting with complex technical challenges and mentoring less experienced developers
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends, and contribute to the continuous improvement of ServiceNow capabilities within the organization
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other IT teams to ensure alignment of ServiceNow solutions with business objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect, leading multiple large-scale ServiceNow implementations
Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow platform capabilities
Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions using various ServiceNow modules and applications
Deep understanding of ITIL framework and best practices, and the ability to align ServiceNow solutions with ITIL principles
Experience in ServiceNow integration, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive successful project outcomes
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Preferred
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are preferred
