SharePoint & Power Automate Developer (Mid to JR Level)
Hiring Scouts is seeking a Junior–Mid Level SharePoint & Power Automate Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of automated workflows and SharePoint-based solutions. This role focuses on Power Automate, SharePoint, and OneDrive, supporting business process automation and system enhancements.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain custom workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
Design and configure flows, triggers, actions, and approvals
Assist in identifying opportunities to automate manual business processes
Troubleshoot and resolve workflow, automation, and integration issues
Analyze user and business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Execute testing to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance of automated solutions
Monitor and maintain existing automated workflows
Configure and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and permissions
Extend SharePoint functionality using forms, web parts, and custom components
Assist in developing applications using C#, .NET, SQL, and XML
Integrate SharePoint and Power Automate with existing systems and APIs
Maintain technical documentation for workflows, configurations, and solutions
Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and business stakeholders
Provide basic system support and assist with user training as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
2–5 years experience in application development, systems analysis, or automation
Hands-on experience with SharePoint (configuration and customization)
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate
Hands-on experience with OneDrive
Working knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, and SQL Server
Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, and Web Services
Experience working in Agile or SDLC-based environments
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Detail-oriented with good documentation and communication skills
Preferred
Prior experience supporting or developing SharePoint solutions
Exposure to process automation or workflow-based solutions
Ability to work independently with guidance from senior team members
Knowledge of data processing principles and terminology
Experience providing end-user or system training
