Responsibilities
Provide technical support for escalated incidents and problems, ensuring timely resolution
Monitor and report task assignment progress and status, escalating risks and issues to key stakeholders as needed
Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement by evaluating new technologies, tools, and engineering methods relevant to endpoint security
Support and troubleshoot client-side security software (25%)
Troubleshoot complex hardware and software-related issues (25%)
Qualification
Required
Provide technical support for escalated incidents and problems, ensuring timely resolution

Support and troubleshoot client-side security software (25%)
Troubleshoot complex hardware and software-related issues (25%)
Client Intune Endpoint Security Administration (20%)
Client Defender for Endpoint Management (20%)
Experience with Client Defender Antivirus / Firewall & Disk Encryption (BitLocker) Management, with Client DLP Endpoint being a plus (10%)
Proficiency in Operating Systems: Windows Workstation & Server, Linux, MacOS (10%)
Additional experience with other security products is a plus
No specific education or certifications required, but they will be considered
Preferred
Experience with Trellix (formerly McAfee) MNE/MDE/FRP/DLP, CrowdStrike Falcon, Service Now, PowerShell, Client Graph API
