Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership teams to identify and implement security requirements
Lead end‑to‑end design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow GRC, SecOps & RBVM solutions
Manage teams, recruit resources, and mentor/guide technical members
Oversee project delivery, resource planning, task allocation, and performance monitoring
Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party tools via REST/SOAP APIs
Support pre‑sales with effort estimation, solution design, and proposal contributions
Configure and enhance Service Portal, Knowledge Management, Version upgrades, and platform capabilities
Translate complex business problems into clear software and technical requirements
Qualification
Required
15+ Years of experience
Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) on ServiceNow
Information Risk Management (IRM)
SecOps & RBVM tools on ServiceNow
Strong expertise in ServiceNow GRC, IRM, SecOps & RBVM development and architecture
Proven leadership in team building, delivery management, and stakeholder engagement
Ability to convert complex business needs into technical designs aligned with compliance frameworks
Experience building secure, scalable, and integrated solutions
Collaborate with leadership teams to identify and implement security requirements
Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow GRC, SecOps & RBVM solutions

15 years full-time education in Computer Science / IT / ISM or equivalent
Strong knowledge across security domains: GRC, IRM, SecOps, RBVM, IAM, OT/IoT Security, SOC
Hands-on in installation, configuration & customization of ServiceNow security modules
Strong scripting experience: Business Rules, Script Includes, Workflows, Client Scripts, Policies, Notifications
Familiarity with ITSM, ESM, SDLC, JavaScript/VB scripting
Experience with GRC Tools → RSA Archer, MetricStream, Bwise
Experience with SecOps/SOAR Tools → IBM Resilient, Palo Alto XSOAR
Experience with RBVM → Qualys TruRisk
Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills
Strong command of English (written & spoken)

Security Architecture Design
IAM
OT/IoT Security
ServiceNow certifications in GRC, IRM, SecOps, RBVM preferred
Experience with tools like Veza or Armis is an advantage
