Conversion Manager
Bitly is a company that powers billions of connections every month through links, QR codes, and landing pages. They are seeking a Website Growth Manager to lead efforts in converting website traffic into signups and trials by designing and scaling experiments and launching new acquisition mechanics.
Responsibilities
Own website-driven acquisition across Bitly’s public sites
Design, run, and scale experiments that actually move signup and trial conversion
Launch new acquisition mechanics, not just tweak buttons
Turn data into clear hypotheses, decisions, and action
Partner closely with Marketing, Data, Product, and Engineering
Qualification
Required
3–5 years improving high-traffic websites in a SaaS or product-led environment
Comfortable with experimentation, GA4, and testing platforms like Optimizely or VWO
Care about rigor, quality, and repeatability, not vanity metrics
Like owning outcomes and happiest in a test-and-learn environment
Must live in or be willing to relocate to one of the specified states to be eligible for hire
US applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
