Responsibilities
Support sourcing and recruitment activities for new engineering resources to be hired within TMC
Actively prospect new clients and identify new business needs within the manufacturing sector
Support the development of new customer relationships and long-term partnerships
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure business continuity and growth
Act as a link between clients and assigned engineers to support engagement quality and satisfaction
Support the operational follow-up of ongoing assignments, ensuring stability, performance, and retention
Contribute to account development strategies aimed at expanding existing business
Support commercial follow-ups, client communications, and internal coordination activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry, ideally in areas such as Digital Manufacturing, Automation, MES/SCADA, or industrial engineering services
Proven experience in business development, account management, or technical consulting within an industrial setting
Strong relationship‑building and communication skills with a client‑oriented mindset
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, automation systems, or industrial digitalization
Strong proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and professional communication platforms
Fluency in English; Spanish, Italian, or French is a plus for international coordination
Willingness to relocate to Miami, Florida
Willingness to travel across North America for client visits and business growth
