Leads internal legal team and external counsel, drives legal strategy across the organization, and serves as the primary legal authority
Responsibilities span SEC compliance and regulatory governance, contract lifecycle management, fund creation and structuring, due diligence and risk assessment, estate planning oversight, and cybersecurity/data privacy framework development
Proactive identification of legal and compliance issues before they escalate, establishment of internal controls and audit procedures, review of all PPMs and fund-related agreements, and development of standardized policies across all business units

5+ years of legal experience in private equity, investment management, or a law firm
demonstrated leadership experience
Strong working knowledge of SEC compliance
