Administrative Data Assistant
Brookside Health Group is seeking an Administrative Data Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and data operations. This role is key in ensuring accurate recordkeeping, maintaining electronic files, and assisting with reporting in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain accurate administrative and patient-related data in electronic systems
Review records for completeness and accuracy and report discrepancies when identified
Organize, scan, file, and manage electronic and physical documents
Assist with generating routine reports and summaries for internal use
Support scheduling, correspondence, and general office operations as needed
Respond to internal requests for information in a timely and professional manner
Follow established procedures related to data privacy, confidentiality, and compliance
Collaborate with administrative and clinical staff to support workflow efficiency
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Willingness to learn and adapt to electronic record systems
Preferred
Associate degree or coursework in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred
Previous experience in an administrative, data entry, or office support role preferred
