Learning Management System Coordinator

They are seeking a Learning Management System Coordinator to manage the Provider Education program's LMS, focusing on the education and compliance of medical providers within the workers’ compensation system.

Responsibilities
Independently administers and manages the Provider Education program's Learning Management System (LMS)
Applies discretion, analytical expertise, and creativity to design, adapt, and maintain LMS processes, data systems, and workflows
Manages course content and user access; analyzing training data to monitor compliance and target interventions; ensuring data integrity and confidentiality; and developing strategies for continuous process improvement
Partners with instructional designers, compliance staff, and other stakeholders to enhance system performance and optimize user experience
Provides first-tier technical support and leverages feedback to continuously enhance LMS functionality, addressing critical incidents and escalated priorities
Qualification
Required
Six (6) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position to include: experience in education, instructional design, adult learning, database or data management, educational technology support, program or project coordination
Must be a Colorado resident at time of application
You must pass a thorough background check prior to employment to include the E-Verify process
Preferred
Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) in a government, healthcare, or other regulated environment
Experience in data analysis and reporting, specifically related to user engagement and training compliance
Proven ability to develop and document new processes and workflows for an LMS
Experience providing technical support and training to end-users with varying levels of technical expertise
Experience with SCORM (Shareable Content Object Reference Model)
Experience with managing system-wide user permissions
Knowledge of accessibility standards (such as WCAG) for online learning content
Experience performing similar duties as a State of Colorado classified employees
