Responsibilities
Write high-quality, scalable, and secure front-end and full-stack code
Contribute approximately 90% hands-on development and 10% technical leadership
Review React and full-stack code and enforce best practices
Own code quality, performance, and security vulnerability mitigation
Mentor team members and provide constructive feedback during code reviews
Collaborate with product and engineering on enhancements to underwriting systems
Participate in design discussions and technical decision-making
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with React
Proficiency in CSS
Experience building and consuming REST APIs
Experience with GraphQL
Strong C#/.NET full-stack development experience
Preferred
Azure DevOps
PostgreSQL
SQL Server
Kafka
Helm Charts
GitHub Copilot
Playwright testing
Prior technical leadership or Dev Lead experience
