Head of Sales
Yomali is a global capital allocator focused on building, growing, and buying software businesses, and they are seeking a Head of Sales to build their sales engine from the ground up. This role involves designing and leading the go-to-market strategy, winning new customers, and scaling a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities
Build and execute sales strategy
Create outbound motion and pipeline
Personally close early deals
Hire and lead SDRs, AE’s and future sales hires
Own forecasting, metrics, and revenue outcomes
Partner with marketing to scale demand
Qualification
Required
Proven track record building and scaling B2B sales engines from scratch
Experience across the full funnel (generate → qualify → close → expand)
Background in SaaS, fintech, payments, ecommerce, or tech
Player-coach mindset with strong leadership instincts
Comfortable with ambiguity and high ownership
Willing to travel for key events and conferences globally
