Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
Setting appointments by following sales routes and schedules
Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients
Handle phone calls, and texts with precision and maintain accurate records
Conduct heavy outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or sales leads
Assist in resolving customer complaints by identifying the root cause and providing appropriate solutions
Maintain a professional demeanor while communicating with clients in a call center environment
Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer experience
Document all interactions with clients accurately in the office management system
Qualification
Required
Strong phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers positively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective client interaction
Preferred
Previous experience in customer service is preferred (enthusiasm & people skills trump experience!)
Proven skills in outbound calling and sales techniques are beneficial
