Financial Assistant
Michigan Advocacy Program (MAP) is seeking applicants for a Financial Administrator in their Central Administrative office in Ypsilanti. The Financial Administrator will be responsible for various financial systems and support MAP’s programs.

Assisting with a number of financial systems including payroll
Reconciling bank accounts ramp
Credit card
Grant tracking and reporting
Audit support
General ledger entry
Grant tracking and reporting
Other duties to support MAP’s programs
Qualification
Required
skilled in the use of Microsoft programs (namely Word and Excel)
comfortable using technology in general
excellent communication skills
excellent analytical skills
excellent problem-solving skills
experience showing excellent attention to detail
time management skills
ability to prioritize work
at least an associate's degree or equivalent experience
accounting software experience
Preferred
a major or experience in Accounting or Business Management
Sage Intacct experience
