Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant

Responsibilities
Configure and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), and Expense Management
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion functional solutions
Perform system configuration, setups, and functional testing (SIT, UAT)
Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities during implementation and upgrades
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and extensions using OTBI, BI Publisher, and REST APIs
Prepare functional documentation including BRDs, FRDs, configuration documents, and test scripts
Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement recommendations
Qualification
Required
Experience in Oracle EBS Financials, SAP FI/CO, PeopleSoft Financials, or other ERP financial systems transitioning to Oracle Fusion Cloud
Finance professionals (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM) looking to move into Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant roles
Business Analysts or Functional Analysts supporting financial systems and ERP implementations
Interest in ERP cloud transformation, financial process optimization, and system integrations
Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid ERP delivery models
