Responsibilities
Support processing activities for oligonucleotide manufacturing under the guidance of senior staff
Execute laboratory-scale and pilot-scale processes to meet research and material needs
Perform routine in-process analytical tests such as pH, conductivity, UV, and basic chromatography
Assist in the preparation, execution, and documentation of non-GMP manufacturing runs
Follow established SOPs and batch records in a cGLP laboratory environment
Contribute to drafting and revising SOPs, batch records, and technical documentation
Operate laboratory and analytical equipment after receiving appropriate training
Accurately document experimental work following good documentation practices (GDP)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Process Development, Analytical Sciences, and Manufacturing
Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant laboratory workspace
Support inventory management activities
Qualification
Required
Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline
Laboratory experience through academic, co-op, internship, or industrial settings
Familiarity with analytical techniques such as pH, conductivity, HPLC, or LC-MS
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality laboratory documentation
